Meridian finances a medical campus.

Meridian Capital Group recently secured financing of $7 million for the re-capitalization of the partnership of Seven Corners Medical Campus in Falls Church, Va. Andrew Weiss, Mathew Texler and Joseph Ouellette, of Meridian's Maryland office, negotiated this transaction on behalf of Rock Creek Realty Group. The borrower will benefit from a 10-year loan, which carries an interest rate in the low 5%'s.

The 55,850 s/f medical office complex features three buildings located approximately six miles from the nation's capital and is inside the Capital Beltway. The Seven Corners Medical Campus is within minutes of three northern Virginia hospitals. Its prime location has allowed this property to maintain a nearly full occupancy over the last 10 years.
