Santa Monica Office and Retail Project Goes for $18.7M

A new Santa Monica, Calif., retail-and-residential development has been sold by The Tides Building L.L.C. for $18.7 million, broker Madison Partners said today. Ten West Wilshire L.L.C. bought the three-story, 36,535-square-foot property, known as the Tides Building (pictured), in a 1031 Exchange transaction.

Jamison Properties Buys 2 Long Beach Office Buildings

Jamison Properties Inc. has purchased two buildings in Long Beach, Calif. for $34.2 million, broker CB Richard Ellis Inc. said today. The 230,793-sqaure-foot office portfolio--including 555 E. Ocean Ave. and the Towne Center Office Park--was sold by a private partnership.

An Anglo Irish Bank-financed investor has purchased a 112,739-aquare-foot office-and-retail property in Boston. Also known as 10-24 School St., the Borders | Boston property was owned by an LPC Realty Advisors-affiliated institutional investor, with the $32.6 million sale brokered by Cushman & Wakefield of Massachusetts Inc.

Eckerd Campus Sold for $24M to Florida Partnership

Eckerd Corp. has sold its former corporate campus outside Tampa, Fla., to a Florida Limited Partnership for $24 million, broker Colliers Arnold Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. said today. The two properties on the campus total 538,000 square feet.

Penn-Florida and Cypress Creek Capital Buy $26.5M Boca Raton Office

A venture between Cypress Creek Capital Inc. and Penn-Florida Cos. bought Boca 1515, an office property in Boca Raton, Fla., for $26.5 million. The 55 percent-leased building was sold by MEPT L.L.C., and Penn-Florida will act as property manager and leasing servicer.
