The 6 Henderson Drive building, located within West Caldwell's West Essex Corporate Park, has been long-term leased to Vitaquest International, reports Peter Wisniewski, executive vice president at David Cronheim Company.

Cronheim recently leased a 22,400 s/f unit at 10 Henderson Drive to Novel Ingredient, a botanical and neutraceutical ingredient supplier to the food, beverage and dietary supplement industries. The last remaining site in the park on Clinton Road has been approved for 21,000 s/f and will be breaking ground soon for office/ warehouse/hi tech uses of 8,000 s/f and up.
Wisniewski also announced that the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP), a trade and education association servicing risk management professionals internationally, has subleased 8,670 s/f of office space on the 12th floor at Newport Financial Center in Jersey City, NJ.
GARP, currently occupying 4,400 s/f on the 4th floor at 1 Town Square Drive in the Newport waterfront area, will begin occupation of their new space at 11 Pavonia Ave. in December 2006.
Their current space is being marketed for sublease by Cronheim and has been receiving favorable activity.
