GVA Williams announced that Brian Feist has joined the firm as senior managing director.

Feist possesses 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and is an expert provider of tenant and landlord advisory services. At GVA Williams, he will continue to represent and advise tenants in leasing transactions in New York and throughout the country.

Over his career, Feist has grown an impressive roster of clients that includes prominent Fortune 500 companies, not-for-profit organizations and corporations. Feist's market knowledge extends across national markets and has led to his being retained by many clients to handle leasing assignments throughout the United States.

Previous to joining GVA Williams, Feist was a senior managing director with Studley, Inc. He was also with Riverbank Realty Company and Cushman & Wakefield. At Cushman & Wakefield, he was the first recipient of the Cushman & Wakefield "Rookie of the Year" award in the early 1980's.
