Prior to joining Dollar Dry Dock Bank, he was responsible for real estate loan workouts and foreclosures at Poughkeepsie Savings Bank, he practiced law with Bleakley, Platt & Schmidt in White Plains, and Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company in New York.
Harris, who earned his law and undergraduate degrees from St. John's University, lives in White Plains. Kevin J. Cahill 33 years old, previously was with Crossland Savings as a vice president in the real estate asset management division. He was responsible for negotiating the workout, restructure and disposition of assets for office buildings, condominiums/cooperatives, shopping centers, vacant land and hotels.
Earlier, he was a real estate acquisition associate at W & W Properties in Manhattan and an investment officer at Dorman & Wilson in Jericho.
Cahill, a graduate of Adelphi University in Garden City, is a licensed real estate broker and a candidate for membership in the Appraisal Institute. He lives in Levittown. Michael J. Dean 39 years old, previously was a vice president of commercial mortgage and construction loan origination at Marine Midland Bank, covering the five boroughs of New York, as well as Long Island and New Jersey.
Before, that, he headed United Jersey Bank's multi-family and commercial mortgage origination department along with its single and multi-family warehousing facilities. He was involved with the issuance of industrial revenue bonds and was instrumental in the brokerage of commercial mortgages to affiliates, insurance companies and thrift institutions.
Dean earned a B.B.A. from Iona College in New Rochelle. He lives in Hastings-on-Hudson. Mark A. Iannone 31 years old previously was executive vice president of Houlihan-Lawrence Real Estate.
Earlier, he spent five years at The Dime Savings Bank of New York, where he rose to senior vice president and director of the bank's commercial lending division.
Iannone, who earned a B.A. from Connecticut College, New London, is president of the Mortgage Bankers Association of New York. He also is a licensed real estate broker and lives in White Plains.
