The Real Estate Board of New York will recognize distinguished achievement in retail brokerage during 2001 at the REBNY Retail Committee's Fourth Annual Cocktail Party to be held at the Yale Club June 13 at 5:30 p.m.

The 17 entries include five submissions concerning retail transactions

The retail committee will also give its traditional prizes for an especially creative Manhattan retail property transaction and for a Manhattan retail transaction that particularly benefited the borough's market.
