The Burak Organization announced that Dana Gordon has been appointed executive vice president and in-house counsel for the firm. In her new position, Gordon will be responsible for negotiating lease agreements.

Gordon holds a degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and has studied international law the Hague Academy of International Law in the Netherlands.

GVA Williams of New Jersey announced that Dan Fasulo has been promoted to the position of director of research and marketing.

In his new position, Fasulo will be responsible for market research and analysis, production of marketing materials, and brokerage support for new business development. Previously, he served as an analyst for the firm.

Fasulo holds a degree from Cornell University.

Allied Partners Inc. announced that Dan Feldman has joined the firm as an associate. In his new position, Feldman will be responsible for debt and equity financing.

Prior to joining Allied Partners, Feldman served as a financial analyst with Sunroad Enterprises.

Feldman holds a B.A. from the University of California, an M.A. in international studies from the University of Pennsylvania, and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business.

Denholtz Associates announced that Gary J. Seminara has been promoted to the position of regional property manager for New Jersey. In his new position, Seminara will be responsible for overseeing the firm's 3.5 million SF New Jersey portfolio.

Previously, Seminara served as a property manager for 30 Montgomery St. in Jersey City, N.J. Prior to joining Denholtz Associates, he served as a senior property manager at Mack-Cali Realty Corp.

Seminara holds a B.A. from the University of Dayton and has attended the New York University School of Real Estate Development.

Colliers ABR announced that Jonathan D. Schindler has been appointed managing director for the firm.

Previously, Schildren served as a director with Colliers ABR. In that role, he represented such clients as Cartier, Inc., Swiss American Securities, Inc., and Westpoint-Stevens, Inc.

Schindler holds a degree from Clark University. He is a co-founder of the Homebound Cooking Program.

Julien J. Studley, Inc. announced that Steve Braun has joined the firm's New York office. He will provide strategic advisory services for retail and commercial transactions.

Prior to joining Julien J. Studley, Braun served as a director with Winoker Realty Company. He has extensive experience in retail management and real estate.

Braun is a member of the North Shore Long Island Jewish Health System, the Joel Finkelstein Cancer Foundation, and the Real Estate Board of New York.

FirstWorthing announced that John R. Allums has been appointed as the executive vice president of apartment development.

Allums has more than 16 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining FirstWorthing, he served as executive vice president and managing director of development and construction for Post Properties.

Allums holds a B.S. in building construction from Texas A&M University and an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University. He is a member of Preservation Dallas.

EMG announced that John Martin has joined the firm as director of information systems.

Martin has more than 15 years of experience in information system management.

Martin holds a B.S. in computer science from Towson University, an M.S. in computer science from Loyola College of Maryland, and an M.B.A. from the John Hopikins University.

Grubb & Ellis announced that Joseph M. McCaffrey has been appointed as vice president of operations for the firm.

McCaffrey has 15 years of experience in real estate sales. Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis, he worked at CB Richard Ellis, Inc. He specializes in asset disposition and acquisition and disposition management.

McCaffrey holds a B.A. in management and finance and a post-graduate degree in business administration.

Insignia/ESG announced that Jonathan A. Cope has joined the firm as a managing director. In his new position, Cope will be responsible for tenant representation and new business.

Prior to joining Insignia/ESG; Cope served as vice president and regional leasing director for Jones Lang LaSalle. While there, he completed transactions totaling more than 1.5 million SF of office space.

Cope holds a degree from Hamilton College. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.

Insignia Douglas Elliman announced that Daniel Kaplan has joined the firm as chief financial officer.

Prior to joining Insignia Douglas Elliman, Kaplan served as vice president of finance at EdificeRex.com

Kaplan holds a B.A. in economics from the University of Binghamton and an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland. He resides in Westchester county with his wife and son.

Sierra Realty Corp. announced the appointment of Barry Sanet as senior managing director.

Sanet has more than 30 years of experience in retail and commercial real estate. Prior to joining Sierra Realty, he served as director of retail leasing at M.J. Raynes.

First Sterling Financial, Inc. announced that Charles Calhoun has joined the firm as vice president of asset management. In his new position, Calhoun will be responsible for overseeing the firm's affordable housing portfolio.

Prior to joining First Sterling, Calhoun served as director of the commercial real estate finance ratings group for Standard and Poor's. While there, he performed bond structuring and risk calculation for commercial mortgage backed securities.

Calhoun holds a B.S. in architectural engineering and design from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business.

Fidelity National Information Solutions announced that Tim Harrison has been appointed executive vice president of its MLS systems division.

Prior to joining Fidelity National as vice president of operations in 2001, Harrison served as vice president of systems and client services at RISCO, Inc. While there, he managed the development and implementation of new products and was responsible for client support and training.

Harrison holds a B.S. in business administration from the University of Kansas.

Denholtz Associates announced the appointment of Stuart H. Green as chief financial officer. In his new position, Green will be responsible for managing all of the company's financial, accounting, acquisition, and disposition operations.

Prior to joining Denholtz, Green served as part of the acquisition team at Woodmont Builders.

Green holds a B.S. m management systems from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is a member of the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties and NAIOP's National Forum.

CMS Innovative Consultants announced that David Lerette has joined the firm as a design engineer.

Lerette will be responsible for the production of design documentation drawings and specifications.

Lerette has seven years of experience in the design and installation of audiovisual systems. Prior to joining CMS, he served as a project design engineer with the Whitlock Group.

Trammell Crow Residential announced that Kim Molitor Stummer has been promoted to the position of assistant project manager. In her new position, Stummer will be responsible for project budgeting and buyout, preparation of contract documents, and project cost control.

Prior to joining Trammell Crow Residential, Stummer served as project administrator with Simons Engineering.

Stummer holds a B.A. in local and urban affairs from St. Cloud State University.

Trammell Crow Residential announced that Randall R. Mullen has been named partner of the firm.

Previously, Mullen served as president of Trammell Crow Residential. In that position, he was responsible for the management of the construction personnel and multi-family construction.

Mullen holds a B.S. from the University of Akron.

The New Jersey Chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association announced that Kenneth J. Nilsen has been appointed director of its 2002 slate of officers.
