Often when you're organizing an out-of-town event, there's not enough time or money to make a site visit. Big mistake! Why risk discovering problems on the day of the event or rely on someone else's judgment?

This is particularly critical for larger meetings and events. In addition, checking

out the location beforehand allows you to meet and build a rapport with any staff you'll be working with on the day of the event.
