Business travel is expensive and because business travelers rarely stay in self-contained accommodation, dining out is often an expense that cannot be totally eliminated from the travel budget.

There are ways to cut costs:

- go for pre-fixed restaurant specials

- get out of the slick tourist or commercial neighborhoods and find the cheaper areas

- attend local festivals where samples are offered

- visit markets where locals are selling their produce without the costs of middle shops

Eating well!
