If you've decided to dip your toe in the Google AdWords pond and have become stumped, you can relax. Help is on the way. Your first option should be to check the FAQs. Google does a pretty good job of providing answers to your questions and most often you'll quickly find your answer and move on to your next task.

But there may be times when you need more information or would rather get a response from a "live" human. If that's the case with you, you can hop on over to the Google AdWords Help forum. Lots of AdWords experts hang out there and they're pretty patient and helpful folks too.

Just remember to mind your manners as you would in any forum. Remember that those folks are business owners too and they are helping you out of the goodness of their heart (and a good bit of exposure!).
