Hearing What Small Business Wants

Sunday, February 11 2007

I've told you plenty of times that it doesn't matter what you think your customers want, it matters what they really want. And the only way to find that out is to ask them -- or the people who are in tune with their needs.

That's exactly what Xerox is doing on Monday, February 12 at their Partner Summit in Orlando. They are bringing together a sampling of small business consultants, experts and entrepreneurs to just talk ... exchange ideas and help them be certain that they are on the right course.

I'm honored to be a part of this panel discussion. And you can be too. Xerox will be podcasting the discussion on their Big I, Little t blog and they want your thoughts and ideas.

While I'm at the summit, I'll have an opportunity to visit their Solutions Pavilion, a dedicated space showcasing all the latest Xerox technology and solutions. Stay tuned for more to come on this topic.
