Business travelers face all sorts of challenges and for those with food allergies who are going to a country where they don't speak the language, it can feel quite daunting.
I wrote about similar issues in "GoodBye Conferences, Hello In-House Events" (http://www.allbusiness.com/company-activities-management/management-personal/11782206-1.html) here on AB.com. With budgets already in place, I'm not sure if this will affect corporate or individual travelers more, and with most companies in our study already going to in-house events (NextStage has been repeatedly contacted about participating in in-house events rather than "I'll see you at xxx conference, right?").
It'll be interesting to learn how these new options shake things out.
