Long Island nonprofits announce staffing changes for March 7, 2003

The Independent Business Women's Circle, a networking group based in Great Neck, appointed Ellen A. Broderick, Susan Pickering and Keshia L. Richmond as new board members.
Broderick is a financial consultant for AXA Advisor in Lake Success and has 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. She also is an agent of their subsidiary The Equitable Life Assurance Co.
Pickering is a financial consultant with AXA Advisors. She specializes in individual and small business financial planning.
Richmond is president and chief executive of Richmond Technology Solutions, a technology-consulting firm. She has more than 15 years experience in IT. Before pursuing entrepreneurial endeavors, she was an analyst and technical consultant at Marriott, General Electric, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and Computer Associates International Inc.
Tuesday's Children, a Manhasset-based organization that offers mentoring programs to children who lost parents on Sept. 11, 2001, opened the Nasdaq Stock Market on Feb. 11.
