Mintz Rosenfeld will shed its name by the end of June and close its Fairfield headquarters and New York City office when it merges with Roseland's

J.H. Cohn. New York City's Mitchell & Titus, a minority-owned CPA firm with offices in Rutherford, will link up with Ernst & Young Global. The Mitchell & Titus name will still be used, and the firm will maintain its own billing and fee structure.
