A new partnership.

Bank One celebrated its new partnership with Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. by making a donation to the fraternity's Educational Foundation during the third Spirit of "06" Breakfast at the Second Ebenezer Baptist Church in Detroit.

The collaboration was announced after Detroit's first

Black Business Expo, held at Focus: HOPE in Detroit, with Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick as the featured speaker. The event attracted more than 200 local businesses.

"Bank One has a commitment to helping move Detroit forward economically. This program was one of the avenues we are taking to bring an opportunity for small businesses to be involved in the city's renaissance," said John O'Brien, senior vice president of Bank One.
