The Louisiana Restaurant Association announced membership reached an all-time high of 3,073 in 2004 representing about 7,000 operations. LRA membership increased 4.6 percent over 2003 when there were 2,938 members. LRA projects member sales in 2005 to reach $5.2 billion. In 2004, sales reached
