Blanco, LED to pitch to New York
Gov. Kathleen Babineaux Blanco and the Louisiana Economic Development team will travel to New York Tuesday through Friday to meet with the investment banking community and national business and trade media to discuss investment opportunities in the state.

The schedule includes an LED dinner with site selection consultants, meetings with investment bankers and business journalists, a networking event at Bloomberg headquarters and breakfast at the New York Board of Trade, where Blanco will ring the opening bell. The trip will conclude with a dinner for the Committee of 100.
