Children's Hospital outsources call scheduling

Calls to The Children's Hospital New Orleans are now answered by Call 4 Health, a medical and home health care call center in Florida.

The Napoleon Pediatrics Office of The Children's Hospital New Orleans was the first to outsource scheduling to Call 4 Health, where advanced technological systems allow appointment scheduling to take place in real time.

"The process was implemented and went off without a hitch. The patients love it, and the physicians are pleased and relieved to have the full support of their staff focused on patient care," said Denise Farrington, director of Children's Hospital Medical Practice Corp. "Pediatric clinics are very busy and often, very loud. An added benefit to using Call 4 Health's services in our office was not hearing the telephone ring constantly."
