LaMonaca Named New President of First International

UPS Capital has appointed Frank P. LaMonaca president of its Hartfordbased subsidiary, First International Bank.

LaMonaca's promotion caps a 23-year career in banking, the past three with First International, where he served on the executive committee as both chief administrative officer and

division director in the company's U.S. lending operations. Prior to First International, he was a senior vice president and executive committee member at Dime Financial Corporation in Wallingford and vice president at Manufacturers' Hanover Trust Company from 1979 to 1986.
