Burbank sale. (Real Estate).

A 25,644-square-foot industrial building in Burbank has sold for just under $2.7 million.

The building, at 2212 Kenmere Ave., was purchased by Bruce & Barbara Woollen.

David Young and Bill Napier of NAI Capital Commercial represented the Woollen's. Young, along with NAI's

Chad Gahr, represented the sellers, Chris Maasdan and Patricia Kilgore.
