Justine Linscott has joined Mellon 1st Business Bank as vice president and relationship manager in its San Fernando Valley office.
Linscott will be responsible for new business development and servicing. She was most recently with Merrill Lynch Business Financial Services as vice president, commercial finance.
Mellon also named Jim Dowd vice president and chief credit officer.
Dowd was previously with City National Bank, most recently as deputy chief credit officer. He will be based at Mellon's downtown L.A. headquarters.
