Hirings, promotions and other moves at local businesses
ARTS
Nancy Warzer-Brady was promoted to director of education and community programs of the Orange County Performing Arts Center. She formerly was assistant director. Troy Botello retired as director after 15 years with the center.
BANKING
San Francisco-based Wells Fargo & Co. named John Bonacci III as private banker at the Quail Hill branch in Irvine. Bonacci joined the bank in 2002.

ENVIRONMENT
Mark Olver was promoted to market area sales manager from district manager of Waste Management Inc. in Santa Ana. Sarah Huoh was added as market area public relations manager at the company for the San Diego and Orange counties.
FINANCE
Bart Greenberg, partner at the Costa Mesa office of Manatt, Phelps & Phillips LLP, was elected chairman at Tustin-based Tech Coast Venture Network, replacing Patrick O. McCormick. The group assists and and connects early-stage growth companies with information and advisers to help them raise money.
