Ware Malcomb is privileged to have had the opportunity to work with Voit Development Company for the Past 30 years. Ware Malcomb provided master planning and architectural design services for the Tustin Gateway Business Park project, which includes 19 industrial buildings ranging in size from 3,900 square feet to 38,000 square feet. Ware Malcomb also provided interior architecture and design services for the tenant improvements in several of the individual buildings in the park.
