Fraser Communications, an advertising and marketing agency in Santa Monica, has hired David Langness as vice president of public relations. Dean Stephens as account director, Monica L. Tiros-Sutton as production/traffic manager and Adrienn Peter as accounting assistant. Karl Lloyd was promoted to administrative assistant. Langness was previously director of corporate communications at Tenet Healthcare Corp. Stephens was most recently account supervisor at Tbwa\Chiat\Day, an international advertising agency. Tims-Sutton was formerly traffic/production specialist at Brand Marketing. Peter was previously controller for Sodexho Healthcare Services. Lloyd was most recently project coordinator with the company.
