Martin & Associates gets nod to build major Jakarta complex.
The downtown Los Angeles-based architectural firm of Albert C. Martin & Associates has been hired by a major Indonesian conglomerate, P.T. Gajah Tunggal Mulia, to design a 1.4-million-square-foot headquarters complex for one of the conglomerate's operating units.
The project is to be located in the financial district of Jakarta, Indonesia, and will contain two office towers, a banking hall, and parking for some 2,200 cars.
Upon completion, it will serve as the headquarters for Bank Dagang Nasional Indonesia, a unit of P.T. Gajah.
