Fox Cable Networks Group has hired three new managers for its Los Angeles-based business operations: Jessica Fang for national accounts, affiliate sales and marketing; Mary Fitzgerald for affiliate business affairs, sales and marketing; and Lance Reiss for affiliate entertainment marketing. Fang previously served as manager of financial planning for Califa Entertainment Group in Sherman Oaks. Fitzgerald was a law clerk for the National Football League in New York City. Reiss was a marketing manager at DirecTV.

Premiere Radio Networks has promoted Barbara Fromer from director of human resources to vice president/human resources, a position that will have her leading recruitment, counseling and non-legal advice matters for the Los Angeles-based subsidiary of Clear Channel Communications Inc.

Brian Medavoy has joined Immortal Entertainment as a partner and president of its newly created talent management division, where he will continue to represent clients such as David Schwimmer, Howie Long and Jenna Elfman. His television credits include executive producer on "Dharma & Greg" and producer on "Just Shoot Me."

Claudio Ludovisi has been promoted to vice president of corporate marketing for Warner Bros., where he will be responsible for promoting all of the company's divisions as well as defining marketing opportunities for all AOL Time Warner businesses. He was previously vice president of Warner's Latin America division.

Holly Jacobs has been named executive vice president of Buena Vista Productions, where she will oversee all projects for the Walt Disney Co. division overseeing cable, syndicated and daytime shows. She was formerly Buena Vista's senior vice president of programming and development.
