Cal State Fullerton Hosts SEC Reporting Seminar
Scott Taub, deputy chief accountant at the securities and Exchange Commission is set to talk at a Sept. 19 conference on sec Financial Reporting at California State University, Fullerton.
Taub and others are expected to address stock compensation, transparency in financial reports and performance reporting at the conference, put on by CaI State Fullerton's Center for Corporate Reporting & Governance.
Other speakers include Katherine Schipper, a Financial Accounting Standards board member, Seth Rosen, principal-in-charge of compensation and benefits at KPMG LLP, Marc Blythe, partner at Ernst & Young LLP and Cindy Alexander, the sec's assistant chief economist.
