This year Johnson Matthey Noble Metals and Eglass International will be sharing a stand at Glasstec and both companies will be promoting ACT coated direct heated feeder systems--Power Coatings.

Johnson Matthey has been successfully supplying ACT coatings to the glass industry for several

years and Eglass International is a leading expert in the field of direct heated platinum equipment. Johnson Matthey continues to work alongside both Eglass and Fueller Glastechnologie to promote this range of products. The most up-to-date service data for Power Coatings will be available on the stand.

In addition to its activities in the field of direct heating, JM will be focusing on furnace applications for ACT coatings. At this stage there is service data available for many different furnace blocks, including cover-, skimmer- and throat blocks. This information will be shown along with a new model on our stand, which illustrates the benefits of using ACT coatings in various parts of a glass melting furnace.
