In fact, having fun is one of the core values of his online coupon and deal company in Beloit, Wisconsin. So once a month, employees get the chance to take part in Game Day, a midweek break to blow off steam and compete for a very coveted trophy (see left).
Games run the gamut from badminton, ping-pong, bocce, and pool to darts, Scrabble, chess, shuffleboard, and Boggle. Held during business hours, the friendly competitions help employees build team spirit and motivate them to take on workplace challenges.
