AVENTURA OFFERS 28.9 MILLION SPECIAL WARRANTS AS IT SELLS FINANCE WARRANTS

Aventura Energy Inc. (CDNX: AVR) plans to offered 28.9 million special warrants for C$5.2 million. Each special warrant will entitle the holder to buy a common share of the Calgary independent producer and a common share purchase warrant for C18 cents. Holders then would be able to exchange share purchase warrants for common stock at C25 cents per share for 12 months. Aventura also issued 2.1 million finance warrants to Vermilion Resources Ltd. and 800,000 finance warrants to Avenir Capital Corp.
