As reported in the Company's press release on August 16, 1995, hole PC-95-109 together with holes PC-94-90, PC-95-95 and PC-95-99 have extended the total strike length of the Zone 3 vein to circa 1.48 km or 630 metres to the north from the last hole completed in 1994. A long section which illustrates the expanded strike length of the vein is attached. At the end of 1994, geological resources on the property were 6.2 million tonnes of which 4 million tonnes of 12.0 per cent Zn, 14.3 per cent Pb, 218.2 gm/t Ag and 0.4 per cent Cu was contained within the main vein in Zone 3 with a strike length of circa 850 metres.

The vein structure remains open to the north and a further step out hole is currently being drilled 200 metres to the north of hole PC- 95-109. -0-
