Tel Aviv-Jaffa will join cities around the world in staging a "rolling" performance of Mozart's "Requiem" to commemorate the one-year anniversary of the 9/11 terror attacks.

The concert, given by the Israel Chamber Orchestra and the Tel Aviv Chamber Choir, will begin at the moment when the attacks occurred: at 8:46 a.m. The city will also collect messages of sympathy from Tel Aviv residents into a book that will be sent to the city of New York. T
