Merck, Aventis Begin Trial of AIDS Vaccines in Allentown, Pa., other Sites.

Sep. 18--Scientists at Merck & Co. Inc., in the Philadelphia suburbs, and Aventis Pasteur, in Swiftwater, Pa., said yesterday that they had begun an early trial to test a combination of their two experimental AIDS vaccines in healthy people.
