Plan to Kill Sick Deer Heightened in Wisconsin.

Apr. 24--In a new push to rid Wisconsin of a fatal brain disease in deer, state wildlife officials endorsed a plan Wednesday that would at least double the size of the controversial "eradication zone" near Madison, where every deer is to be eliminated.
