Consider yogurt powder as an ingredient

Yogurt powder has made some progress as an ingredient in confectionery products. Candy manufacturers may come to consider fresh and powdered yogurt to be key confectionery ingredients from both a formulation and marketing perspective. Yogurt powder is being used in coatings for panned candy. A few companies also have incorporated yogurt into the structural and flavoring system of candy bars.
