CONVENTIONAL WISDOM has been that Europe is far ahead of the United States in wireless. Penetration is higher, coverage is better, people text all of the time, carriers make money from wireless data, 3G is on the march, and Nokia is the king of all wireless companies. We all look to "lessons from Europe" when thinking about innovative products and services. Anyone with a British accent seemingly has instant credibility when he or she comes over here to talk wireless. I'm here to tell you that the tide has turned, if ever it was in their favor. Let's dispel the myths one by one. <
