Hong Kong's Hutchison

Hutchison Telecom, the Hong Kong based company that is the lead

partner in the consortium that was awarded the rights to the third

cellular telephone company in Israel, will be considering future

investments in Israel. The .company paid the State NIS. 1.4 billion

(almost $400 million) for the concession and will invest millions

more in setting up their cellular telephone operations in Israel.

The Israeli company Partner intends to employ 1000 people in Israel

and hopes that by expanding service and introducing new equipme
