Comments from the representatives

Craig Kanarick, Co-Founder of Razorfish and Chief Scientist

"This move places Razorfish in a strong position to capitalize upon Japan's booming digital economy and increases our scope of clients in the region. We predict aggressive growth in Japan's digital market -- particularly in areas like wireless and broadband -- and are preparing for this explosion with the new office in Tokyo. With their experience in digital projects and their relationship with Sony and all the talented people who work there, Intervision is the perfect partner for us to continue to define the interactive marketplace and to respond to the growing Japanese demand for digital business solutions."

Koshiro Ando, CEO and President, Intervision

"Intervision, as a part of Sony Group, has been actively setting about its business on internet and digital broadcasting in advertising in Japan. As for e-commerce and network services, which are predicted to have a rapid growth, we felt it is very important to launch on "end-to-end solutions" besides existing advertising services in order to provide greater client satisfaction. This is why we've come to form an alliance with Razorfish. Another crucial factor is that Razorfish has already turned its attention to the fields of wireless and broadband."

Yoshiaki Tanaka, Managing Director the New Company; Currently Serving as Executive Director of Customized Communication Business Division of Intervision

"When a company plans to launch e-commerce or network business in Japan, it is obliged to work with several outside firms in order to complete the site. The debut of Intervision-Razorfish marks the launch of a full-service digital solutions provider within Japan, to which clients can leave all the work to a single company. I'm certain that this new company, with a single and virtual resource pool of experienced Razorfish staff all around the world, will provide satisfying service which clients have never before experienced."
