Friday Facebook Fun: When Texting is a *Good* Thing

 As it turns out, some people "fake text" to deal with an awkward (read "socially uncomfortable") situation. And to provide a home for those folks, someone set up a Facebook group entitled "Pretending to Text in Awkward Situations."

The group currently has 2,158,270 fans.

I didn't have time (cough) to read all 201 comments on the most recent status update. But those I did read were quite entertaining.
