Continuing our successful quest.

This past year has been one of the most meaningful and successful in our association's history for a number of important reasons. In short, year two of our five-year Vision Plan was a complete success. We accomplished all of our goals, including regional realignment, automation and relocation of our Chicago headquarters, creation of an NAIIA value member document, and overhaul of our Blue Book.

The reorganization of our association has now permitted us to allocate significant resources to our membership services. These enhancements are most evident in both the Blue Book
