Call to legalise porn cinemas in India. (Law & Regulation).

India's Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has called for legalisation of pornographic film industry. Move to allow screening of hard-core films in special cinemas is said to allow cinemas to compete more effectively with cable and satellite television. Many Indian cinemas already show such film illegally, usually at morning sessions.
