Brazil delays new AV law under pressure.(Regulation)(National Cinema and Audiovisual...

Brazilian government is to delay plans for the creation of the National Cinema and Audiovisual Agency (Ancinav), but will not shelve them. Government said it wanted to stimulate the Brazilian audio-visual market and protect it against the invasion of foreign content, but the new agency faced a barrage of criticism.
