LONDON -- Director Simon West and producer Mace Neufield have re-united to make a heist thriller "Let It Ride" from a screenplay by David Harris.

The duo last collaborated on the John Travolta-starrer "The General's Daughter" back in 1999 for Paramount Pictures.

The movie, scheduled

to start shooting in Louisiana this summer, is being packaged by British-based sales and finance house Intandem Films, which will be packaging the finance at the upcoming Marche du Film alongside Silverscreen Capital, a U.K.-based exec production company fund.

Intandem described the $22 million thriller as a "studio level" project and said Neufeld and West are currently "in talks to secure major stars" for the two lead roles, with a SAG waiver in place.

The project details the story of a beautiful blackmailer, a charming con man and a $5 million purse.
