ABIX via COMTEX) -- Australian censorship ministers want the sale of records carrying a Level 2 18+ Warning label banned to people under 18 years old. The ministers have asked the Australian Recording Industry Association (ARIA) to change its code of practice to include the ban. At present, ARIA only requires albums and singles to carry warning labels if they contain explicit language in the lyrics. Geoff Hudson, manager of Western Australian independent retailer, 78 Records, says censorship does not work because people under 18 can get
