Alliance Also Opens Up Co-Ventures with Major South African Conglomerate, Sasani, Ltd
MSH ENTERTAINMENT CORPORATION (OTC: MSHE) which recently announced two new strategic alliances, disclosed
EnterCor, like MSH, is a producer of non-violent, value driven films and TV programming. EnterCor represents SASANI LTD (JOHANNESBURG STOCK EXCHANGE SYMBOL: "SSA"), a South Africa media services and communications conglomerate with state-of-the-art, world-class production, animation and post-production facilities in Johannesburg and Capetown in making equity investments in specific projects selected by EnterCor. SASANI LTD also wholly owns three animation companies. Through its pact with EnterCor, MSH and SASANI will be involved in a number of ventures involving the Canadian-South African Co-Production Treaty.
Within the past several weeks, MSH entered into a strategic alliance with Peter Pan Industries, one of the world's largest independent distributors of children's and family oriented home videos, compact discs and cassettes, and through Aston Entertainment, co-production arrangements with Canada's Studio B Productions, Shanghai's Morning Sun Productions, and Vancouver television broadcaster VTV.
EnterCor will represent MSH with Canadian broadcasters and the Canadian investment community. EnterCor's COO Ed Richardson revealed that the MSH/EnterCor alliance is already beginning to see results with two animation projects being green lit to proceed, one being an MSH-owned children's television animated series. Additional co-production projects will be announced in the future.
EnterCor's President/CEO Lee Johnson and VP Licensing & Merchandising Lorraine Johnson emphasize that the relationship with MSH provides ENR with a strong U.S. presence in merchandising music, motion pictures and television and in return enables MSH to gain a strong foothold in Canada.
MSH's Chief Operating Officer, Johnathan Stathakis points out that MSH intends to utilize the various financial incentive programs currently being offered by the Canadian government for motion picture productions and television programs which shoot in Canada and sees strong growth for both companies in the booming film/TV business atmosphere that currently prevails there.
MSH is a fast growing company that is not only involved with television and motion picture production, but with Internet technology development and merchandising targeted at the children's family market. MSH, besides owning 33% of Aston Entertainment, a Florida based state-of-the-art animation and post-production facility; owns KidsAndFamily.net, a business-to-business Internet provider; a 20% interest in Abrams-Gentile Entertainment ("AGE"), a major creator and merchandiser of toys and other TV-oriented products and has a strategic alliance and "first-look" arrangement with L. A. based Film Roman, producer of animated series "The Simpsons" and "King of The Hill."
