Liberty Media Movie Division Sues Disney over Licensing Pact.

Feb. 13--Starz Encore Group, no stranger to picking big fights, socked the Walt Disney Co. with a lawsuit a month before the House of Mouse became an acquisition target of cable giant Comcast.

Douglas County-based Starz filed the lawsuit in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles, accusing Disney's Buena Vista Television of violating a licensing pact with Starz.
