While searching the Web for information on "positive leadership" (as opposed to leadership by domination, aggression, or whim), I found this great post on safe leadership at The Practice of Leadership site. In it, George Ambler, an IT consultant in South Africa, discusses how an "unsafe" leader acts--and why this isn't effective. Take a look and let me know your thoughts.
