InfoLibria, Inc., today announced the closing of a $15-million second round of venture capital financing. The group of investors

is lead by Patricof & Co. Ventures, Inc., one of the nation's premier technology investors, and includes TeleSoft Partners, Kemper Ventures, and Adams Capital Management.

The additional funding will be used to develop and sell additional products based on InfoLibria's breakthrough Smart Content-Delivery platform, which dramatically improves Internet performance and functionality. The company's flagship product, DynaCache(TM), is an award-winning network caching solution that benefits service providers, enterprises, and consumers by speeding access to Internet content, increasing network capacity, and enabling new value-added services. InfoLibria's second Smart Content-Delivery product, MediaMall(TM), makes high-quality audio and video content instantaneously available to users by intelligently positioning it at the edge of the Internet.

As part of this financing, InfoLibria has added Paul Vais, managing director at Patricof & Co., to its Board of Directors.
