Comsat International Inc. (Comsat), a full-service provider of voice and data communications throughout Latin America, announced that it has acquired Vicom Ltda. (Vicom), a provider of satellite services and metropolitan fiber circuits in Brazil, from Net Servicos de Comunicacao S/A. (NET).
