VONAGE SIGNS CO-BRANDED PARTNERSHIP WITH VGNITION.

Vonage, Edison, N.J., a leading provider of broadband phone service, has formed a co-branded partnership with Ygnition Networks (formerly Interquest Communications) to deploy broadband telephony service to Ygnition's more than 130,000 Luxury Apartment Units served. These services will be deployed across eight U.S. states: Washington, California, Florida, Colorado, Texas, Utah, Arizona and Oregon. Vonage will offer Ygnition's broadband Internet subscribers unlimited local and long distance calling throughout the United States and Canada for a flat rate.
